  • Hostel Admission

    • Sophia College (Autonomous), Ajmer boasts of an in-campus Girls' Hostel.
    • Admission to the Hostel is strictly on Merit Basis. A separate Merit List is generated for Hostel Admissions.
    • • Students seeking admission for the UG classes in the Hostel should fill the Hostel Admission Form online along with the College Form and submit the same duly filled along with the hard copy of the college admission form in the college office. As there are only limited seats available in the Hostel, admission will be purely on merit basis.

Admission Procedure

The admission procedure for Sophia College (Autonomous), Ajmer is online, followed by merit-based selection and document verification.

Here’s the step-by-step process:

  • Fill the Online Admission For
    • Visit the official admission portal Site
    • Register with your mobile number
    • Select the programme you want to apply for (Undergraduate/Postgraduate) Details of Programs
  • Upload Required Documents

    Keep scanned copies of:

    • Passport size photograph
    • Class 10,11,12 & Graduation marksheets (Whichever applicable)
    • Aadhaar Card

    • Admission is based on merit, according to marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Document Verification
    • If selected, you will need to submit the hard copy of the admission form and documents to the college office for verification.
  • Fee Payment Confirmation
    • After verification, pay the admission fee to confirm your seat.
  • Hostel Admission (Optional)
    • If Hostel is needed, fill the Hostel Admission Form separately Site
    • Hostel admission is also merit-based, with limited seats.
